Thank you for choosing Simmons Bank (“Simmons”). Simmons makes certain mobile applications (“Applications”) available through Google Play. Simmons maintains a Privacy Policy (“Policy”). Among other things, the Policy discusses:

- Application activity
- Application information and performance
- Location (precise or approximate)
While Simmons customers may contact Simmons concerning any matter, including, among other things, questions or requests about the deletion of Application accounts and associated data, Simmons’ standard practice is to retain data, including, but not limited to, personal information and information associated with a customer’s Application use. Simmons retains data for a variety of reasons, including, among others, legal and regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, systems archiving practices, product and service development, and other business purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simmons reserves the right to retain (and, for the avoidance of doubt, not delete) data, including, among other things, personal information and information associated with a customer’s Application use, even if a customer requests the deletion of their data or Application account.
