{243} A monthly service charge fee of $25.00 will be imposed every statement cycle unless you (a) maintain total Simmons Bank deposit balances of at least $250,000.00 from the 3rd of the month preceding the current statement cycle to the 2nd of the month of the current statement cycle (the “review cycle”); or (b) maintain an average daily balance of $10,000.00 in your Private Banking Checking account for the applicable review cycle; or (c) make $5,000.00 or more in debit card purchase transactions during the applicable review cycle; or (d) maintain Simmons Bank Wealth Management investments of at least $500,000.00 for each day of the applicable review cycle; or (e) are a medical professional (as defined in account qualifications) in residency or fellowship any day of the applicable review cycle. The average daily balance for the review cycle is calculated by adding the daily balance of the account for each day of the review cycle together and dividing that amount by the number of days in the review cycle.
