NOTICE: If you are logging into Quicken or QuickBooks, please select "Simmons Bank NEW" in the bank listing. If that is NOT an option in the listing or if you are using a website or app other than Quicken or QuickBooks, please follow the alternate instructions below:

  1. Visit https://www.netteller.com/login2008/Authentication/Views/Login.aspx?returnUrl=%2fsimmonsbank
  2. Log in using your online banking ID and password
  3. Complete the security questions and icon setup
  4. Once setup is complete, log out. The aggregator should now be able to connect. All future logins should be completed by visiting https://simmonsbank.com and logging into Online Banking.

If you are attempting to setup a connection using Direct Connect, you will use the “Simmons Bank” listing instead of "Simmons Bank NEW." Please note there is a monthly fee associated with Direct Connect.

STEP 1: FIND YOUR INTUIT CONNECTION TYPE

  • Right Click on your Simmons Account (in the accounts listing page)
  • Left Click on Edit Account
  • In the window that appears, you should have several Tabs
  • Left Click on Bank Feed Settings
  • In the Online Setup Section (for your Simmons accounts), the connection method listed will correspond to the set of instructions that apply to you.

  • Left Click on Edit/Delete account
  • In the window that appears, you should have several Tabs
  • Left Click on the Online Services Tab
  • In the Online Setup Section (for your Simmons accounts), the connection method listed will correspond to the set of instructions that apply to you.
