Simmons Bank brings professional golf to Little Rock
In October, the Simmons Bank Championship made its debut at Pleasant Valley Country Club in Little Rock, Arkansas. Ken Duke, a brand ambassador for Team Simmons Bank, participated in the event and Glen Day and Brandt Snedeker made special guest appearances.
The week kicked off with a Women’s Leadership Summit featuring Jael Thorpe from Gameday Social, followed by a golf clinic led by professional golfer Stacy Lewis. To wrap up the day, Ken Duke and Glen Day hosted a kids' golf clinic in partnership with the First Tee of Central Arkansas.
The tournament kicked off on Friday with a patriotic tribute that included an impressive performance by The Chuters and a touching ceremony led by Folds of Honor, featuring country music legend Mark Wills singing the national anthem.
On Saturday, fans showed their game day spirit at the family-friendly tailgate, calling the Hogs alongside the Razorbacks' spirit squad while enjoying face painting and balloon animals.
The weekend concluded on Sunday afternoon with Padraig Harrington being crowned Champion of the 2024 Simmons Bank Championship.
